I photograph many weddings and got the Sigma 20mm 1.8 because it would allow me to take better shots in low light conditions. A few of the weddings I have done in the past took place during the evenings, which is a nightmare to shoot with your average lenses. The Sigma is a bit heavier than what I would have liked seeing as I have to carry it around during the wedding but it does its job well and allows me to get great shots even when the light is not the best. The auto focus is a bit noisy which is not a good thing at weddings but I have learned to live with it. For its price, I would say this lens is worth it if you are in the same position as me and have to take great shots in low light. Not many other lenses are capable of that feat especially at this focal range.
We Wanted Nice Personalised Napkins for Our Wedding
January 27th, 2012My fiance and I were looking for a company to print our personalised napkins for our wedding reception. We wanted high quality napkins with very nice printing. We have seen some places that offer cheap printed napkins that are flimsy. I suppose they would be okay under a drink, but we want nice dinner napkins with a graphic, our names and our wedding date printed on them. We may add a little saying to the napkin as well. We have not decided yet. I was glad to have found this website that has very nice napkins that can be printed for any occasion from weddings to reunions. This place is a great source for restaurants and other establishements who would like custom printed napkins as well. Ours turned out perfect. We are very pleased with them. Our wedding is in a couple of months and they will be proudly put out for our guests.
